Motherhood is a beautiful yet demanding role, and I’m here to support you through the complex emotions that come with being a vital, irreplaceable presence in your child’s life—while also honoring the woman you are beyond motherhood. Together, we’ll explore new approaches, create meaningful shifts, and help you cultivate a life filled with fulfillment and joy.

Price:  $450 or 3 monthly payments of $150

This package includes:

​

  • 6 x 60-minute coaching sessions

  • Ongoing support via text/email between sessions

  • Optional resources to enhance self-growth and gain clarity for lasting change

    Please note, all coaching packages are non-refundable. Results depend on the effort and action you take towards personal growth. If you are dissatisfied, every effort will be made to address your concerns and support you through the process.

Monthly Group Coaching

Join a supportive community where accountability and growth go hand in hand. This group coaching experience is perfect for those seeking connection, encouragement, and ongoing personal development. Each session offers the opportunity to receive coaching, gain insights, and engage with like-minded individuals.

This package includes:

  • A 60-minute group session every Tuesday at 5 PM (EST time)

  • Access to recorded sessions if you can’t attend live

  • Exclusive access to a private Facebook group

  • Discounted rates for 1-on-1 coaching sessions
